Until recently Margaret River shiraz was quite uncommon but this wine shows why more vignerons are planting it around here. A true cooler climate style with the spice aromatics in unison with the cherry, raspberry and plum flavours that the variety is noted for.

Even though the tannins are softer, due to the aging process, this wine still has intensity of fruit flavour. Enjoy with lamb and moroccan style dishes.
