2010 Old School Cabernet Sauvignon

An elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with superb balance from our unirrigated Wilyabrup vineyard. Layers of black cherries, sweet loam and black currant with top notes of fine dark chocolate are suppported by structured tannins and balanced acidity. Drinking beautifully now with further cellaring potential.
